Joint Meeting with Windsor Town Council
April 30, 2003

The Board of Directors of the Windsor Fire Protection District and the Windsor Town Council met at Station 1, 8200 Old Redwood Highway, Windsor, California, on Wednesday, April 30, 2003. WFPD Board President McDowell called the meeting to order at 7:07 pm.

Directors Present: Lowe, McDowell, Olufs (7:21), and Pozzi

Staff Present: Chief Ron Collier; Battalion Chief Matt Gustafson; Ginger Hamilton, Secretary to the Board; and four guests

Council Members Present: Mayor Steve Scott, Mayor Pro Tem Debora Fudge, Council Members Steve Allen, Lynn Morehouse, and Sam Salmon

Town of Windsor Staff Present: Paul Berlant, Town Manager; Jim McAdler, Administrative Services Director; and Matt Mullan, Assistant Town Manager

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Chief Collier led the pledge.
