CORRESPONDENCE: 2003-12-02 Review current monthly payment summary and miscellaneous correspondence

ACTION ITEM 2003-12-03 Motion to reorganize the Board; select Board president and secretary of the Board.

ACTION ITEM 2003-12-04 Act on Lakewood Homeowners Association request that special tax on certain parcels be waived; carried over from November 20th meeting.

DISCUSSION ITEM: 2003-12-05 Discuss Station 2, acquisition of a truck, and the special tax.
