CITIZEN PUBLIC APPEARANCE (Reasonable accommodation will be made at the meeting

PUBLIC HEARING 2004-02-03 Open public hearing regarding 2004-2008 Capital
Improvement Program.
CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
ACTION ITEM 2004-02-04 Motion to approve Resolution 258, adopting a capital
improvement program for fiscal years 2004-2008.
BOARD APPOINTMENTS: 2004-02-05 President McDowell to appoint directors to the
Budget Committee.
DIRECTION/
DISCUSSION ITEM: 2004-02-06 Determine which depreciation method District shall
employ under GASB 34 (see staff report) and direct staff accordingly.
