CITIZEN PUBLIC APPEARANCE (Reasonable accommodation will be made at

prior to the meeting.) Any citizen wishing to speak to the board on
any item not listed on the agenda may do so under public appearance.
All presentations made under public appearance are normally
restricted to three (3) minutes in length per meeting unless the
board President specifically authorizes additional time.

November 2004 election
ACTION ITEM: 2004-12-02 District counsel administer oath of office
to John Nelson, Richard Olufs, Victor Pozzi, and John Doherty
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 2004-12-03 November 18, 2004 regular meeting
CORRESPONDENCE: 2004-12-04 Review current monthly payment summary
and miscellaneous correspondence
ACTION ITEM: 2004-12-05 Motion to reorganize Board of Directors;
select president and secretary of the Board
ACTION ITEM: 2004-12-06 Motion to approve replacement of duty
vehicle 7241 and engine 7280 as scheduled in 2005-2009 Capital
Improvement Program (CIP)
ACTION ITEM: 2004-12-07 Motion to direct staff either to instruct
Glass Architects to determine estimated cost of constructing a shell
building (fee not to exceed $55,000) or to complete architectural
services up to but not including completion of full construction
documents (fee not to exceed $98,000)
