CITIZEN PUBLIC APPEARANCE (Reasonable accommodation will be made at

any item not listed on the agenda may do so under public appearance.
All presentations made under public appearance are normally

with Merrill, Arnone, & Jones LLP
ACTION ITEM: 2005-04-04 Motion to approve sponsorship amount of $100
up to $1000 to offset costs of FDAC conference in Anaheim
ACTION ITEM: 2005-04-05 Motion to approve a request to waive the
special tax on Assessor Parcel Number 079-130-022
