CITIZEN PUBLIC APPEARANCE (Reasonable accommodation will be made at
the meeting for anyone having special needs due to disabilities. We
request such person contact the clerk of the board at least 48 hours
prior to the meeting.) Any citizen wishing to speak to the board on
any item not listed on the agenda may do so under public appearance.
All presentations made under public appearance are normally
restricted to three (3) minutes in length per meeting unless the
board President specifically authorizes additional time.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 2005-05-01 April 19, 2005 special meeting
CORRESPONDENCE: 2005-05-02 Review current monthly payment summary
and miscellaneous correspondence
ACTION ITEM: 2005-05-03 Motion to set September 15, 2005, at 7:30
pm, as the time to adopt the General Fund, Mitigation Fund, Building
Fund, and Equipment Fund final budgets and to hold a public hearing
for adoption of the special tax rate for 2005/2006.
ACTION ITEM: 2005-05-04 Motion to approve the General, Mitigation,
Building, and Equipment funds preliminary budgets.
ACTION ITEM: 2005-05-05 Motion to approve Resolution 279, approving
amendments to WFPD/FASIS joint powers agreement (JPA)
DISCUSSION ITEM: 2005-05-06 Discuss parameters for District’s use of
District counsel (requested by Director Pozzi).
