CITIZEN PUBLIC APPEARANCE (Reasonable accommodation will be made at
the meeting for anyone having special needs due to disabilities. We
request such person contact the clerk of the board at least 48 hours
prior to the meeting.) Any citizen wishing to speak to the board on
any item not listed on the agenda may do so under public appearance.
All presentations made under public appearance are normally
restricted to three (3) minutes in length per meeting unless the
board President specifically authorizes additional time.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 2005-07-01 June 16, 2005 regular meeting
CORRESPONDENCE: 2005-07-02 Review current monthly payment summary
and miscellaneous correspondence
ACTION ITEM: 2005-07-03 Motion to adopt Resolution 282 appropriating
unanticipated revenue for 2004/2005 year-end and budgetary
adjustments for the general fund
ACTION ITEM: 2005-07-04 Motion to adopt Resolution 283 appropriating
unanticipated revenue for 2004/2005 year-end and budgetary
adjustments for the mitigation fund.
ACTION ITEM: 2005-07-05 Motion to adopt Resolution 284 approving a
document describing compensation and benefits for administrative
staff.
ACTION ITEM: 2005-07-06 Motion to adopt Resolution 285 approving a
document describing wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of
employment for its captains and engineer/firefighters
ACTION ITEM: 2005-07-07 Motion to change Windsor Fire Protection
District Board of Directors meeting date and time, as requested by
President Pat McDowell.
