CITIZEN PUBLIC APPEARANCE (Reasonable accommodation will be made at

ACTION ITEM: 2005-10-03 Motion to adopt Resolution 289 repealing
Resolution 285 and approving a document describing wages, hours, and
other terms and conditions of employment for Windsor Fire Protection
District captains and engineer/firefighters
DISCUSSION/
DIRECTION ITEM: 2005-10-04 Review of draft 2005/2006 Capital
Improvement Plan (CIP), as presented by staff
ACTION ITEM: 2005-10-05 Motion to adopt Resolution 290, requesting a
fund transfer from the County of Sonoma to cover cost of doing
business until property tax revenues are received
