   Any citizen wishing to speak to the Council on any item not listed on the Agenda may do so at this time. Citizen Public Appearances are normally restricted to three (3) minutes.

   6.1 Update from the Windsor Fire Protection District
7. ADJOURNMENT
   Adjourn to the next regular Town Council meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 6, 2005, in the Civic Center Council Chambers located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor.
