CITIZEN PUBLIC APPEARANCE (Reasonable accommodation will be made at
the meeting for anyone having special needs due to disabilities. We
request such person contact the clerk of the board at least 48 hours
prior to the meeting.) Any citizen wishing to speak to the Board on
any item not listed on the agenda may do so under public appearance.
All presentations made under public appearance are normally
restricted to three (3) minutes in length per meeting unless the
board President specifically authorizes additional time.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2006-4-01 March 21, 2006 regular meeting
CORRESPONDENCE 2006-4-02 Review current monthly payment summary and
miscellaneous correspondence
ACTION ITEM 2006-4-03 Motion to approve cell site lease agreement
between WFPD and Metro PCS
ACTION ITEM 2006-4-04 Motion to appoint Chief Collier as the
“election officer” for the District for the upcoming PERS election
ACTION ITEM 2006-4-05 Subsequent to discussion, motion establishing
when to pay WFPD Board of Directors candidates’ Statement of
Qualifications fees: either before election or after election
ACTION ITEM 2006-4-05 Subsequent to discussion, motion to set length
of WFPD Board of Directors candidates’ Statement of Qualifications:
either 200 words or 400 words
ACTION ITEM 2006-4-06 Subsequent to discussion, motion to establish
who will be responsible for printing costs associated with an
Optional Statement of Qualifications in the voter pamphlet: the
candidate or the District
ACTION ITEM 2006-4-07 Motion to approve Resolution 292, ordering an
election to be held and requesting consolidation with the November
7, 2006 General District Election
