CITIZEN PUBLIC APPEARANCE (Reasonable accommodation will be made at
the meeting for anyone having special needs due to disabilities. We
request such person contact the clerk of the board at least 48 hours
prior to the meeting.) Any citizen wishing to speak to the Board on
any item not listed on the agenda may do so under public appearance.
All presentations made under public appearance are normally
restricted to three (3) minutes in length per meeting unless the
board President specifically authorizes additional time.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2006-5-01 April 18, 2006 regular meeting and the
May 10, 2006 special meeting with Town of Windsor Council
CORRESPONDENCE 2006-5-02 Review current monthly payment summary and
miscellaneous correspondence
ACTION ITEM 2006-5-03 Motion to set September 19, 2006 at 6:00 pm as
the time to adopt the General, Mitigation, Building, and Equipment
funds final budgets and hold a public hearing for adoption of the
special tax rate for FY 2006/2007
ACTION ITEM 2006-5-04 Motion to approve General, Mitigation,
Building, and Equipment funds preliminary budgets
ACTION ITEM 2006-5-05 Motion to adopt Resolution 293 approving an
agreement with the administrative staff regarding salaries and
benefits
ACTION ITEM 2006-5-06 Motion to approve memorandum of understanding
(MOU) with Sonoma County Indian Gaming Local Community Benefit
Committee regarding $20,873 grant by the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of
Pomo Indians; direct Chief Collier to sign on the District’s behalf
DISCUSSION ITEM 2006-5-07 Discuss Citygate study and joint meeting
with Windsor Town Council
