CLOSED SESSION—Government Code Section 54956.8—Meet with property
negotiator William Arnone regarding exchange of property with the
Town of Windsor as it pertains to Station 2.

CHANGES TO THE AGENDA
CITIZEN PUBLIC APPEARANCE (Reasonable accommodation will be made at

prior to the meeting.) Any citizen wishing to speak to the Board on
any item not listed on the agenda may do so under public appearance.
All presentations made under public appearance are normally
restricted to three (3) minutes in length per meeting unless the
board President specifically authorizes additional time.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2006-7-01 June 29 special meeting
CORRESPONDENCE 2006-7-02 Review current monthly payment summary and
miscellaneous correspondence
PUBLIC HEARING 2006-7-03 Public comment on Resolution 297 and
proposed Ordinance 2006-01, regarding
proposed additional special tax, and requesting an election be held
on November 7, 2006.
CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
ACTION ITEM 2006-7-04 Motion to adopt Resolution 297, calling for a
special election November 7, 2006, to pass an ordinance for a new
special tax and to request a Proposition 4 override.
