CITIZEN PUBLIC APPEARANCE (Reasonable accommodation will be made at

prior to the meeting.) Any citizen wishing to speak to the Board on
any item not listed on the agenda may do so under public appearance.
All presentations made under public appearance are normally
restricted to three (3) minutes in length per meeting unless the
board President specifically authorizes additional time.

and expressing appreciation to Sarah Brunetti for her generous
contributions to Windsor Fire Protection District

APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2006-12-03 Motion to approve minutes of regular
meeting of November 21, 2006
CORRESPONDENCE 2006-12-04 Review of monthly payment statement and
miscellaneous correspondence
ACTION ITEM 2006-12-05 Motion to approve official results of the
November 7, 2006, election
ACTION ITEM 2006-12-06 Motion to reorganize Board of Directors:
select president and secretary of the Board
ACTION ITEM 2006-12-07 Motion to adopt Resolution 305, rescinding
Resolution 239 and setting a new Director fee payment policy
ACTION ITEM 2006-12-08 Motion to adopt Resolution 306, calling for a
public hearing on the adoption of an ordinance revising the schedule
of fees
ACTION ITEM 2006-12-09 Motion to authorize the addition of three
fire captain positions and authorize Chief Collier to fill the
positions by the earliest possible date
