CITIZEN PUBLIC APPEARANCE (Reasonable accommodation will be made at

prior to the meeting.) Any citizen wishing to speak to the Board on
any item not listed on the agenda may do so under public appearance.
All presentations made under public appearance are normally
restricted to three (3) minutes in length per meeting unless the
board President specifically authorizes additional time.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2007-05-01 Motion to approve minutes of regular
meeting of April 17, 2007
CORRESPONDENCE 2007-05-02 Review of monthly payment statement and
miscellaneous correspondence
ACTION ITEM 2007-05-03 Motion to set September 18, 2007, at 6:00 pm
as the time to adopt the General, Building Maintenance, and
Equipment Maintenance funds’ final budgets and hold a public hearing
for adoption of the special tax rates for 2007/2008.
ACTION ITEM: 2007-05-04 Motion to adopt Resolution 311, increasing
the General Fund reserves
ACTION ITEM: 2007-05-05 Motion to approve memorandum of
understanding (MOU) with Sonoma County Indian Gaming Local Community
Benefit Committee by the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians
and to direct Chief Collier to sign on the District’s behalf.
ACTION ITEM 2007-05-06 Motion to approve General, Building, and
Equipment Funds’ preliminary budgets.
