CITIZEN PUBLIC APPEARANCE (Reasonable accommodation will be made at
the meeting for anyone having special needs due to disabilities. We
request such person contact the clerk of the board at least 48 hours
prior to the meeting.) Any citizen wishing to speak to the Board on
any item not listed on the agenda may do so under public appearance.
All presentations made under public appearance are normally
restricted to three (3) minutes in length per meeting unless the
board President specifically authorizes additional time.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2007-06-01 Motion to approve minutes of regular
meeting of May 15, 2007, and special meeting of May 16, 2007
CORRESPONDENCE 2007-06-02 Review of monthly payment statement and
miscellaneous correspondence
ACTION ITEM 2007-06-03 Motion to adopt Resolution 315, recognizing
Maureen Keenan Mason’s contributions to Windsor Fire Protection
District and the community it serves.
ACTION ITEM 2007-06-04 Motion to adopt Resolution 316, recognizing
Steve Mason’s contributions to Windsor Fire Protection District and
the community it serves.
ACTION ITEM 2007-06-05 Motion to adopt Resolution 312-A,
appropriating unanticipated revenue for 2006/2007 fiscal year-end
and budgetary adjustment for the General Fund
ACTION ITEM: 2007-06-06 Motion to adopt Resolution 312-B, approving
budget transfers within the 2006/2007 budget.
ACTION ITEM: 2007-06-07 Motion to adopt Resolution 313, approving a
Memorandum of Understanding between Windsor Fire Protection District
and IAFF Local 4407, the Windsor Professional Firefighters
Association.
ACTION ITEM 2007-06-08 Motion to adopt Resolution 314, approving
Memorandum of Understanding between Windsor Fire Protection District
and its administrative staff
ACTION ITEM 2007-06-09 Motion to approve the specifications of a
ladder truck to be purchased according to the terms of a Memorandum
of Understanding between Windsor Fire Protection District and the
Town of Windsor, as recommend by staff. (Staff report will be
presented.)
ACTION ITEM 2007-06-10 Motion to set the 2007/2008 Proposition 4
limit at $5 million, as approved by District voters in the November
2006 election

ACTION ITEM 2007-06-11 Discuss and make motion to accept the
2005-2006 Windsor Fire Protection District audit performed by the
Sonoma County Auditor’s Office
