During this period the Board will hear anyone desiring to speak to
the Board on subjects not listed on the regular agenda. As a matter
of policy, the Board will not make a decision on the subject unless
it is of a routine nature that may be turned over to staff for
disposition.

3. Resolution 367 adopting 2012-2016 Capital Improvement Program
CONSIDER Resolution 368, authorizing participation in a search-and
rescue-dog program

NOTE: Materials related to an item on this Agenda submitted to the
Board after distribution of the agenda packet, and not otherwise
exempt from disclosure, will be made available for public inspection
at the District Office at 8200 Old Redwood Hwy, Windsor, during
normal business hours, and on the District website at
www.windsorfire.net. Copies of supplemental materials distributed at
the Board meeting will be available for public inspection at the
meeting location.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone

contact the District Office at 707-838-1170. Notification 48-hours
before the meeting will enable the District to make reasonable
