Windsor CA – A stubborn fire destroyed a garage, along with its contents and a couple of vehicles parked in the driveway, in Windsor Tuesday evening. Windsor Fire units were dispatched to 409 Duncan Drive at 5:19. First units on scene found the garage fully involved.
